Blake is genuinely hands down the best agent someone can ask for. When I say he really puts the work in - I mean it. Blake has very often toured homes with me day of at 9pm - multiple times in the same weekday, actually looks at the perimeter of the homes and such, and genuinely gives amazing insight.
